- Free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
- $8 flat rate below $75.
- Two-day and overnight available at checkout.
- Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day.
- You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Returns
- Thirty days to return anything unused, in its original packaging.
- A prepaid return label is included in every order.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.
- Fragrance: if you opened it and did not like it, return it anyway. Once per household.
Exchanges
Start a return and place a new order — it is faster than an exchange, and the refund lands before the new parcel does.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it immediately. You do not need to send the damaged item back first.
