Shipping & Delivery
Every ZULVIQUE piece is collected from different parts of the globe and handstitched — which is why delivery takes 12–15 days, not two or three. The handwork is in the timeline.
- Shipping cost: flat $18 — free worldwide on orders over $200.
- Delivery window: 12–15 days from order.
- Tracking: sent to you as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused piece, with its tags on.
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery and email zulviqueusa@gmail.com with your order number. We will replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice — and we cover the return shipping.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is yours; refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece is back with us.
- Jacket size exchanges: free of charge — email us and we will arrange the swap.
- A note on hides: natural markings, speckling and tonal variation are the character of real leather, not a flaw. The piece you receive is one of one.
